This event
was a great success. We were overwhelmed by the support
we received from our city and the community. We
collected $1,916 which is the most successful
fundraiser to date. On behalf of the those devestated
in Sri Lanka the local Tampa Bay Sri Lankan community
would like to thank you for your generosity. |

Due to the
great weather on Saturday and mostly due to the kindness
of complete strangers we had a very successful car wash.
We collected $673. The success of this in combination
with the yard sale on Saturday, due to the generosity
of the community, give us motivation to continue in our
efforts to help those in desparate need in Sri Lanka.
